Sanjay works with outside technology vendors and helps ensure our systems remain secure, reliable, and available to support our clients and staff.
John Madden is the owner and mortgage broker at Capital Funding Mortgage, serving homebuyers and homeowners throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
He works directly with clients to evaluate financing options and identify mortgage programs that best fit their needs.
John manages the loan process from application and pre-approval through underwriting and closing.
He works with a broad network of wholesale lenders to help secure competitive rates, terms, and loan solutions.
With more than 25 years of mortgage experience, John provides personal guidance, clear communication, and hands-on service throughout every transaction.
Patti serves as our Processing Manager and helps coordinate the important details that take place after a mortgage application has been completed. She works with borrowers, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction to help organize documentation, monitor outstanding loan conditions, and keep the loan moving through the processing and underwriting stages.
